You can use to help you track any document that you need your employees or clients to review. The solution makes it very easy to track whether an employee has viewed a given document and gives that employee a quick way to attest their acknowledgment of having seen the document. 

This is a great tool for:

• Tracking whether employees have read the employee handbook
• Distributing important yearly documents like those for Healthcare, 401k, etc.
• Making sure employees are aware of key policies 

An Admin can quickly upload any document for tracking, and use the embedded invite function to invite people to view/attest to seeing specific documents.   You can even distinguish between version of the document.
